Based upon 'Legislation for Personal Information Protection of Public Organizations' personal information files that KLCC obtains are possible to be corrected or read when the information owner asks. (If there is another legislation that defines correction and reading rights, the act should be made under that legislation.) However, reading can be restricted under 'Legislation for Personal Information Protection of Public Organizations', article 13.

When the purpose of obtaining personal information file is fulfilled and not needed anymore, the files are promptly destroyed. However, there is a legal reason to preserve the files, they will not be destroyed.

When KLCC entrusts personal information files to another public organizations or professional organizations, KLCC asks to impose strict security for the information. KLCC reminds and often exams if the organizations reveal any types of personal information, process it without authorization or use it for other people's interests.
